Le parcours pour y arriver est moins le fruit d\u2019un apprentissage formel que celui d\u2019initiatives et d\u2019exp\u00e9riences personnelles. Je vous propose \u00e0 la lecture mon chemin pour arriver \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension et \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation musicale. Ce texte est construit comme une petite biographie entrecoup\u00e9 d\u2019analyses et de philosophie personnelle.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>1. Le conservatoire :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\">Mon histoire avec la musique commence avec le conservatoire. Huit ann\u00e9es \u00e0 suivre un enseignement plut\u00f4t froid et vide de sens. Les cours \u00e9taient sans lien avec l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la musique. Nous n&rsquo;\u00e9coutions pas d&rsquo;oeuvres dans les cours. Nous \u00e9tions des ex\u00e9cutants de partitions froides qui tuaient l\u2019imagination par leurs platitudes. Alors que pour un d\u00e9butant quelques explications permettent d\u2019acc\u00e9der au sens des musiques quelles qu\u2019elles soient. Montrer le mouvement de la musique m\u00eame manuellement, montrer sa danse permet de la saisir intimement. Prokofiev est d\u2019une vitalit\u00e9 exceptionnelle, Bartok un aventurier hors pair. Sans parler du rock ou du hip-hop qui sont des musiques pleines de vibrations et qui ont la m\u00eame base que le classique. Et alors l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve peut faire des progr\u00e8s imm\u00e9diat car il est la musique et il va ensuite chercher la th\u00e9orie pour noter son exp\u00e9rience et en retour la visualisant lui permettre de s\u2019am\u00e9liorer. Finalement avec le recul, je n\u2019ai gard\u00e9 qu\u2019un peu de compr\u00e9hension de la th\u00e9orie qui me servira plus tard pour la compr\u00e9hension de la th\u00e9orie rythmique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\">\nSaisir la pulsation de la musique est le seul objectif qui compte. Ensuite tout vient naturellement, la th\u00e9orie notamment. En effet la musique est un art qui se vit en m\u00eame temps qu&rsquo;on apprend sa th\u00e9orie plut\u00f4t que d&rsquo;imaginer que la th\u00e9orie donne naissance \u00e0 la musique. La musique est mouvement et rien n&rsquo;enseigne le mouvement, il est naturel. Ensuite discipliner le mouvement est une autre affaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>2. L&rsquo;adolescence :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\"><strong>Au d\u00e9but j\u2019\u00e9coutais les musiques qui me plaisaient mais je ne les comprenais pas encore. Pour autant j\u2019avais l\u2019intuition qu\u2019il y avait quelque chose d\u2019important \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\">C\u2019est mon fr\u00e8re qui m\u2019a fait conna\u00eetre les musiques actuelles des ann\u00e9es 90. C\u2019\u00e9taient les musiques fusions, m\u00e9tal, industriels et \u00e9lectroniques comme Pantera, Young Gods, Front 242 et Shamen. Et \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque est sorti un magazine techno qui m\u2019a donn\u00e9 l\u2019adresse d\u2019un disquaire dans lequel j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 aller chercher des disques.<br \/>J\u2019ai compris qu\u2019il pouvait se faire quelque chose avec le mixage. Alors j\u2019ai t\u00e2tonn\u00e9. Je suis all\u00e9 \u00e0 une soir\u00e9e trance o\u00f9 j\u2019ai dans\u00e9 toute la nuit port\u00e9 par le rythme et la puissance du son. Et l\u00e0 j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 vraiment aimer cette musique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>3. La techno :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\"><strong>C\u2019est un ami qui m\u2019a indiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque o\u00f9 je d\u00e9couvrais la techno, que la musique \u00e9tait celle que j\u2019avais apprise au conservatoire. Il m\u2019a montr\u00e9 que la pulsation binaire \u00e9tait tout simplement la mesure \u00e0 quatre temps. Celle que j\u2019avais apprise des ann\u00e9es auparavant mais sans en avoir fait le lien avec la musique puisque je n\u2019avais pas v\u00e9cu d\u2019exp\u00e9rience concr\u00e8te.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\">J\u2019ai achet\u00e9 des platines vinyles et j\u2019ai appris \u00e0 mixer. J\u2019ai vendu des disques, me procurant les meilleures sorties et j\u2019ai ensuite voyag\u00e9 pendant deux ans \u00e0 travers la France en camion mixant deux fois dans deux sites d\u00e9saffect\u00e9s enflammant le public et pour le coup moi aussi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>4. L&rsquo;apr\u00e8s techno, le r\u00e9el&nbsp;apprentissage&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\"><strong>Comprendre l\u2019essence de la musique, son fonctionnement \u00e9tait mon leitmotiv, mon envie. Et quand personne ne vous l\u2019explique vous le cherchez par vous m\u00eame. C\u2019est alors ce que j\u2019ai fais pendant une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\">Je me suis rapproch\u00e9 de tout ce qui touchait \u00e0 la musique et \u00e0 son apprentissage. Ca a commenc\u00e9 par des le\u00e7ons de djemb\u00e9 traditionnel de 2003 \u00e0 2006. J\u2019y ai d\u00e9couvert des rythmes riches et plein de changement avec aussi un apprentissage du jeu collectif. Voulant assimiler par la th\u00e9orie j\u2019ai essay\u00e9 un autre instrument, la batterie en 2006, avec des cours particuliers. A la m\u00eame \u00e9poque j\u2019ai lu l\u2019histoire de la musique classique qui m\u2019a permis de trouver mon identit\u00e9 musicale chez les compositeurs classiques comme Debussy, Ravel, Rachmaninov, Prokofiev et Bartok. Ensuite en 2008, j\u2019ai appris la batterie avec un professeur, musicien de sc\u00e8ne, et j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 me composer une biblioth\u00e8que musicale qui embrassait tous les styles (Hip-hop, jazz, rock, \u00e9lectro, techno, classique etc)<br \/>En m\u00eame temps est venu la m.a.o. par un apprentissage s\u00e9rieux du logiciel live que j\u2019avais depuis 2007. Initiative que j\u2019ai accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019initiation au piano pour saisir l\u2019harmonie avec des cours particuliers. Je voulais comprendre les \u00e9chelles de notes ou l\u2019art de faire varier les notes et donc les \u00e9motions\u2026 C\u2019est ce en quoi consiste l\u2019harmonie. Et en 2009 apr\u00e8s tout ces cours et ces essais de logiciel, je me lan\u00e7ais dans la composition o\u00f9 j\u2019ai r\u00e9ussi deux morceaux. Maintenant je suis meilleur auditeur que compositeur mais je comprends ce que fait le compositeur que j\u2019\u00e9coute et \u00e7a c\u2019est un r\u00e9el plaisir car on sait comment il joue avec les notes et on fait parfois des d\u00e9couvertes \u00e9tonnantes sur les possibilit\u00e9s employ\u00e9es comme certains \u00e9carts qui sont finalement autant d\u2019inspirations possibles pour sa propre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>5. Le r\u00e9sultat : la compr\u00e9hension<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\"><strong>Alors \u00e7a c\u2019est pass\u00e9 comme \u00e7a. Arriver \u00e0 comprendre la musique c\u2019est fait par ce chemin. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience physique de la musique me l\u2019a fait aim\u00e9 puis ensuite j\u2019ai cherch\u00e9 les rythmes dans les instruments acoustiques. Apr\u00e8s je me suis mis \u00e0 la mao, et finalement je suis devenu un auditeur averti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\">En associant \u00e0 chaque fois l\u2019apprentissage de la th\u00e9orie avec le feeling, je progressais toujours davantage. Un jour je comprenais le groove des batteurs de James Brown, un autre la musique de Prokofiev. Et enfin apr\u00e8s tout ce travail, les id\u00e9es musicales finirent par venir toutes seules. J\u2019avais atteint alors le stade de l\u2019auto-cr\u00e9ation, le stade de l\u2019identit\u00e9 musicale et de la compr\u00e9hension du message musical. Aptitude que je garde aujourd\u2019hui, \u00e9tant meilleur d\u00e9couvreur-m\u00e9lomane que compositeur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>6. L&rsquo;ouverture et la transmission :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\">En parall\u00e8le de ce chemin musical, j\u2019ai men\u00e9 un int\u00e9r\u00eat pour le sport, la spiritualit\u00e9, la danse et les arts martiaux d\u00e9couvrant parfois des interactions. Les mouvements du corps dictant la musique et inversement la musique proposant la danse, le mouvement au corps.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 30px 5px 100px;\">Aujourd\u2019hui je m\u2019entretiens dans mes aptitudes et en m\u00eame temps cherche la transmission et l\u2019\u00e9change avec les gens qui suivent les m\u00eames recherches que les miennes.<\/p>\n<p><\/div><\/p>\n<p><div class='short-columns column-12 '><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; text-align: center; font-size: 20px; padding: 0px 100px 0px 30px;\">BIOGRAPHY : <br \/>CAREER AND PHILOSOPHY<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 20px; padding-left: 30px; padding-right: 100px; padding-bottom: 5px;\"><strong>Listen music and understanding it is one of the qualities I have gained through my work. The route to get there is less the result of a formal learning that initiatives and personal experiences. I suggest you to read my way to reach understanding and creating music. This text is designed as a small biography and an analysis and personal philosophy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 100px 5px 30px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>1. Conservatory :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 100px 5px 30px;\">My history with the music starts with the conservatory. Eight years to follow a cold and meaningless education. The courses were unrelated with the music experience in itself. We did not listen tracks during courses. We were performers of cold sheet music which killed imagination by their platitudes. While a few explanations for a beginner provide access to music sense. Show the movement of the music manually, show its dance. Prokofiev has an exceptional vitality, Bartok is an adventurer. Not to mention the rock or hip- hop music that is full of vibrations and have the same basis as classical. Then everything comes naturally, especially the theory. Indeed, music is an art that lives at the same time we learn the theory rather than to imagine that the theory gives rise to the music. Teens <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 100px 5px 30px;\"><strong>At first I listened to the music that I liked but I do not yet understand it. Nevertheless, I had a feeling that there was something important to discover.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 100px 5px 30px;\">It was my brother who introduced me to the contemporary music of the 90\u2019s. It was the fusion musics, metal, industrial and electronic like Pantera, Young Gods, Front 242 and Shamen. And at that time came out a techno magazine that gave me the address of a record store in which I started to buy records. I knew he could do something with mixing desks. So I groped. I went to a trance party where I danced all night long hold by the rhythm and power of sound. And then I started to really love this music.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 100px 5px 30px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>3. Techno :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 100px 5px 30px;\"><strong>It was a friend of mine who told me when I discovered techno that the music the one I had learned at the conservatory. He showed me that the binary pulse was just the four measurement time. I didn\u2019t make the link years ago but because I didn\u2019t lived real musical experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 100px 5px 30px;\">I bought turntables and I learned to mix. I sold records, giving me the best output and then I traveled for two years through France in truck twice in two abandoned warehouse igniting the public and me.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 100px 5px 30px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>4. Post techno, real aprentissage&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 100px 5px 30px;\"><strong>Understand the essence of the music, its operation was my leitmotiv, my desire. And when you don\u2019t how it\u2019s work, you are looking by yourself. It was then what I did for ten years.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 100px 5px 30px;\">I got close to everything related to music and learning. It started with traditional djembe lessons from 2003 to 2006. I discovered rich and full of changing rhythms and I also learn team play. Wanting to assimilate theory I tried another instrument, the battery in 2006, with private lessons. At the same time I read the history of classical music that has allowed me to find my musical identity among classical composers such as Debussy, Ravel, Rachmaninov, Prokofiev and Bartok. Then in 2008, I learned the battery with a teacher, a true musician, and I started to make a music library which embraced all styles (Hip-hop, jazz, rock, electro, techno, classical etc. )<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 100px 5px 30px;\">At the same time came the computer music. By a serious learning of the Live software that I had since 2007. Initiative I accompanied with piano initiation to understand the harmony thanks to private lessons. I wanted to understand the notes scales or the art to vary the notes and therefore emotions&#8230; This is what harmony discipline is. And 2009 after all these courses and software tests, I launched into the composition where I write two pieces. Now I am a better listener than a composer but I understand what the composer make. And that is a real pleasure because you know how the composer plays with the notes and sometimes you made \u200b\u200bamazing discoveries about possibilities which are inspirations for your own creativity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 100px 5px 30px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>5. Results : understanding<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 100px 5px 30px;\"><strong>So it went like this. Understand the music came by this way. The physical experience of music make me love it then I looked rhythms in acoustic instruments. After I made computer music, and finally I became a good listener.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 100px 5px 30px;\">In associating each time theory learning with the feeling, I progressed more and more. One day, I understood the James Brown drummers grooves, another one Prokofiev music. And finally after all that work, the musical ideas came by themselves. I then reached the stage of self-creation, the stage of musical identity. Ability that I keep today.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 100px 5px 30px;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>6. Opening and transmission :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding: 0px 100px 5px 30px;\"><strong>In parallel with this musical path, I conducted an interest in sports, spirituality, dance and martial arts sometimes discovering interactions.
